  1. 1. Who we are

    This website is operated by Ai MarkVent Pvt Ltd, #502, Sri Sai Residency, AS Rama Rao Road, VT Colony, Vijayawada, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh 520008, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

    We collect only the information you choose to send us:

    • Enquiries (Contact page and Website Packages form): name, email, mobile number, city, company and your message or chosen plan
    • Job applications (Careers): name, email, phone, location, the position you are interested in, your message and your résumé
    • Online payments: your name, email, mobile number, city, chosen plan, and the payment reference, amount and status we receive from Razorpay

    We never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details. These are handled directly by Razorpay.

  3. 3. How we use it

    • To reply to your enquiry and offer a consultation
    • To deliver the website plan you bought, and send receipts and updates
    • To assess job applications
    • To keep records required by tax and company law
    • To keep this website secure and prevent misuse

    We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

  4. 4. Who we share it with

    Only with service providers that help us run this website and our services, and only as needed:

    • Razorpay, to process payments
    • Netlify, which hosts this website
    • Google (Gmail), which delivers our emails

    We may also share information if required by law or by a government authority.

  5. 5. Cookies

    This website uses only the cookies and similar storage it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies. Razorpay's payment window may use its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.

  6. 6. How long we keep it

    • Enquiries: up to 24 months, unless you become a client
    • Job applications: up to 12 months
    • Payment and client records: as long as required by Indian tax and company laws

    We use secure connections (HTTPS) and trusted service providers, and limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

    You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@aimarkvent.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires it.
