1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to www.aimarkvent.in and to services you buy from Ai MarkVent Pvt Ltd ("Ai MarkVent", "we", "us"), including the website plans offered on the Website Packages page. By using this website, submitting an enquiry or making a payment, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Delivery Policy.
2. Our services and website plans
Ai MarkVent provides technology, events and marketing services. Our website plans are:
- Essential Plan: ₹3,333 · delivery in 3 working days · max 3 designs
- Advanced Plan: ₹6,666 · delivery in 6 working days · max 6 designs
- Ultimate Plan: ₹9,999 · delivery in 9 working days · max 9 designs
Each plan includes the features listed for it on the Website Packages page. The final scope of your website is confirmed with you before work begins.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes, if any, will be stated in your invoice.
You can request a free consultation without paying, or pay online for a plan. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details.
A plan is confirmed only when we receive full payment, verified with Razorpay.
4. What is not included
Unless agreed in writing, plans do not include:
- Domain name registration or renewal
- Website hosting
- Ongoing maintenance and updates after delivery
- Advanced custom functionality beyond the plan's listed features
- Paid third-party tools, plugins, themes, fonts or stock images
These may be quoted and charged separately.
5. Your responsibilities
To deliver on time, we need you to:
- Provide accurate business details and the content for your website (text, logo, images, contact details) promptly
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, all content you give us
- Review designs and reply to our questions within a reasonable time
You are responsible for the content you provide and its legality.
6. Design versions and revisions
We start with an initial design. If you would like changes, we prepare a revised version, up to the number of design versions included in your plan. The last included version is the final design. Further revisions after the final version may be charged separately.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines and what counts as delivery are explained in our Delivery Policy.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Payments for website plans are non-refundable, except in the situations listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Ownership and intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, the final website design and the content you provided belong to you. Third-party items (such as fonts, plugins or images) remain subject to their own licences.
Ai MarkVent keeps ownership of its own tools, methods and reusable components. We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
The content of www.aimarkvent.in (text, graphics, logos and design) belongs to Ai MarkVent and may not be copied without permission.
10. Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to break its security, submitting false information, sending spam or interfering with its normal operation. Information on this website is provided for general information and may change without notice.
This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business, profits or data.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
