Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to payments made to Ai MarkVent Pvt Ltd for website plans, including online payments made on www.aimarkvent.in through Razorpay. Requesting a free consultation is always free and requires no payment.
2. All payments are non-refundable
Once a payment for a website plan is completed, it is non-refundable, including if you change your mind, cancel the plan, or do not provide the content needed to build your website.
3. When we will refund
We will refund your payment in full in these situations:
- You were charged twice, or more than the plan price, for the same order (the extra amount is refunded)
- Money was deducted but the payment failed or was not confirmed by Razorpay
- Ai MarkVent cancels your plan or is unable to start the work
4. Cancellation
You may ask to cancel your plan at any time by emailing aimv.mrkt@gmail.com with your payment reference. Because payments are non-refundable, cancellation does not create a right to a refund, except in the situations listed above.
5. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (the same card, UPI account or bank account) through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to show the amount.
